Our Quality Guarantee

Apparel you design or orders through Dardha Print are customized and unique just for you. Your satisfaction is important to us. At Dardha Print we strive to ensure that goods ordered through us are always accurate and of the highest quality. We stand by everything we sell, 100%. If you are not satisfied with your order, neither are we.

Time of Payment

Due to the amount of work required prior to printing or embroidering and shipping of your order you will be charged at the time your order is placed.

Cancellations

We work hard to make sure you order is produced to our high standards. If you’ve uploaded your own design please check your design carefully before you confirm your order. We offer fantastic prices by automating our process. We don’t want you to be sad. So please check all telephone numbers, dates, times, addresses, prices and spelling before you order. However, if there is a material defect with a garment or print error, we will offer a discount or to reprint at no additional charge.In the unlikely event that you find something wrong, please contact us and explain the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.

 

Cancellations before printing has begun:

We allow cancellations on orders that have been processed but have not yet begun the production process. Cancellations in this phase are subject to a 15% cancellation fee of the order total.

 

Cancellations after printing has begun:

Orders are made to your specification and/or personalized by you. Once orders of customized goods enter the production process, we do not allow cancellations. Orders enter the printing process as early as one business day after they are placed on our website. Consequently, you may not cancel the order once printing has begun and no refunds can be offered.

Returns

Orders are custom printed just for you. We cannot accept a return for the following reasons:

1. Shirt style, size, or color is not what you may have expected. If you are not sure, please order a sample.

2. Package(s) did not arrive in time.

3. You don’t like it.

Refunds

We cannot accept returns on customized goods, unless there is a printing error or garment defect that falls outside of the stated limitation that differs from the approved design proof. Should you have product or service questions, please do not hesitate to e-mail us.

 

In the unlikely event that an item doesn’t meet our published specification, a refund may only be given at the sole discretion of the Dardha Print staff. You have 14 calendar days to Submit A Claim from the date the packaged was signed for. Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our dedicated staff will work with you to find a solution that you’ll be happy with. Please click here to Submit A Claim and include the following information:

·         Order Number

·         Report Problem Experienced

·         Attach a Photo of the Defect or Printing Error

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If there is a material defect or printing defect that falls outside of stated limitations we will offer a discount or to reprint problem shirts. We are unable to offer a return for custom printed merchandise.

Refund methods:

Dardha Print will issue a check for the approved refund amount. You will receive a check within 15 business days.
